What types of fiction do you represent, Toni?
I look for good writing and pacing; someone who has mastered the skills that make up the craft of writing full-length fiction. I love a good mystery, I like a bit of the paranormal and I have published romance.

When did you first realize you wanted to be an agent?
It was a natural segue after leaving publishing.

Please define for us the qualities a successful fiction manuscript must possess before you will take it on, Toni? Character is all to me. If I am unaware of the writing and engrossed in the story, then I know I have a writer I would like to represent. This is rare.
